How we work, and what we look for.
- 01Entrepreneurs
- More than half the team has already built a company past a million in ARR. We keep that reflex: find the simplest thing that works, put it in users' hands, and iterate. A simple solution shipped this week beats a perfect one shipped in three months.
- 02Mission driven
- We are all here for the same reason: getting renewable projects, small ones included, financed and built faster. The mission settles our debates: when two priorities collide, we pick the one that serves it best. Nobody is a spectator. Each of us owns making it happen.
- 03Raise the bar
- We are not here to be average. We want to get better every week, and for it to show: in the product, on deals, in ourselves. Feedback is direct, both ways, and we take it as a tool, not a reproach.
- 04Play for the team
- Two trades, engineering and finance, that have to speak the same language. The product gets built with the people using it internally, not next to them.
- 05Be good
- What we do is intense and sometimes hard. We do it as a team that trusts each other, with no ego and no politics: we speak frankly and kindly, and assume good intent, even when we disagree. Everyone pitches in, whatever their role. When something needs doing, we don't check whose turn it is. We get on with it.
