What this is

Nepsis runs an MCP server. It exposes the platform as a set of tools an AI agent can call, which means the work stops being something you do in an interface and becomes something you ask for. Access is gated while we scale it, so getting set up currently starts with a conversation.

Why a protocol and not another integration

An integration connects two products a vendor decided should be connected. A protocol lets whoever is holding the problem connect whatever they need, in whatever order the work actually happens.

That distinction matters more in project finance than in most places, because nobody's process is standard. The order you size a project, the way your business plan is built, which model your credit committee trusts: all of it is house-specific. Software that assumes a sequence fits nobody exactly. Tools an agent can compose fit whoever is using them.

Five things this makes possible

From a drawing to a business plan. Start with the AutoCAD file. The layout gives you the plant, the plant gives you the production assumptions, and the business plan builds from there. Change the drawing and the model follows, instead of someone re-entering the new capacity into a spreadsheet and hoping they caught everything downstream.

Your own dashboard, from your own data. The data already sits in Nepsis. Rather than waiting for a reporting feature that matches how your committee reads, ask an agent to assemble the view you want from what is already there.

Bulk recalculation. Rerun IRR and DSCR across an entire portfolio in one pass, then rerun them again when the rate assumption moves. The value is not the first run, it is that the second one costs nothing, so you stop rationing how often you ask.

Consolidation with a prompt. Sixty-plus projects, one instruction, one consolidated output. This is the task that eats a finance analyst's week and produces nothing anyone wants to read twice.

Whatever you need next. The point of exposing tools instead of screens is that we do not have to anticipate the workflow. If you can describe it, an agent can usually compose it.

Getting set up

Access is gated during the current phase. If you want to try it, book a meeting and we will set you up and work through what you are trying to build.
