Il nove per cento dei progetti ha un problema che nessuno ha ancora visto
Verifichiamo gli obblighi AOS e OA su ogni progetto di un portafoglio. Circa il nove per cento torna con un problema, e trenta sono stati recuperati in tempo.

The number
We check AOS (appel d’offres simplifié, a French tender route) and OA obligations across every project in a portfolio. Around nine per cent come back with something wrong. More than thirty projects have been caught this way, each one before it became the kind of problem that costs a tariff rather than an afternoon.
Why this particular failure is so quiet
Compliance obligations are per project and deadline-driven. A developer with sixty projects is running sixty separate clocks, and nothing in the process raises its hand when one is about to lapse.
That is what makes it different from the risks people actually watch. A construction delay is visible. A grid connection problem arrives with a phone call. A missed obligation arrives as silence, and you find out at the point where the consequence is already fixed: when eligibility is refused, or when a buyer's diligence turns it up in the dataroom and reprices around it.
Nobody neglects this because they do not care. They neglect it because it is boring, individually small, and invisible until it is expensive. That combination is exactly what software is for.
What we do about it
Every project, every obligation, checked on a schedule rather than when someone remembers. The output is a list of what needs attention now, not a dashboard that has to be read to be useful.
Nine per cent is the part worth sitting with. In a portfolio of sixty projects, that is five or six carrying a problem right now that nobody has raised. Not five or six that might go wrong later. Five or six today.
Why this is the first thing we switch on
It is the fastest use case to start with, and we usually do.
There is no modelling to set up, no dataroom to structure, no integration project to scope. You give us the project list. We check it and tell you what came back. Most customers see a finding in the first pass, which is a better introduction to what the platform does than any demo, because it is about their portfolio rather than a sample one.
It also answers the question every new customer actually has, which is not "can this software do things" but "will this find anything I do not already know". Nine per cent of the time, on the first run, it does.
